Seeking education, information and entertainment about change communication...The IABC Victoria Gala Dinner Hypothetical at the RACV Club 501 Bourke St, Melbourne on July 29th is set to be the hallmark event of IABC Victoria’s yearly calendar. Get your glad rags on and shake off the GFC blues!

This year the topic is change communication. The hypothetical case study will be styled on the successful Geoffrey Robertson series, where a panel of experts with divergent opinions will be walked and talked through a sometimes humorous, but mostly realistic case study focused on change communication.

Founder of Change Management Professionals, Kym has consulted in organisational change management for over 10 years; designing and delivering change strategy, executive coaching, L&D/OD and communications plans across a diverse range of stakeholders and sponsors. These engagements have been executed in Australia, Germany and Great Britain across the automotive, professional and financial services and SMB sectors. Clients have included DaimlerChrysler (Mercedes), Allianz, Deutsche Bank, Primus National Australia Bank and ANZ.

 

 

Tracey Darley
Tracey is the Head of Strategic Change for World Vision Australia. Coming from a Human Resources background Tracey has the challenging role of driving transformation within a global non-profit organisation facing a harsh economic climate.

Adrian CropleyAdrian Cropley, ABC,
Adrian has over 20 years experience across a number of organisations, working in a variety of roles. From technical project management to HR management, change and organisational development. Adrian now manages his own consultancy (Cropley Communications) focussing on change, communication & coaching solutions for clients and is based in Melbourne Australia. As a consultant Adrian has worked with a variety of clients on major change communication initiatives and developing internal communication strategies, conducting team building workshops and coaching. He is an advisor and business/life coach to a number of professionals and lectures at RMIT on communication & leadership. He is a sought after facilitator, speaker and thought leader and has spoken right across the globe, including: China, UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong & Thailand

Jennifer Frahm Facilitator, Jennifer Frahm
Jennifer is both author and facilitator of the change communication hypothetical. Jennifer received her PhD on the topic of communication during organisational change, has lectured in change management and communication at the University of Melbourne, Monash University, and Queensland University of Technology. She is now the Director of her own consulting company Jennifer Frahm Collaborations. She frequently speaks and writes on the topic, and for those who attended the Crisis Communication Hypothetical last November, there will be kitty teasers again!!
